![]() Growing strawberries in containers increases exposure. 6 Tips for Growing Strawberries in Containers.Answer to: Growing Strawberries in Containers….It survived! Also, what fertilizer, if any, do I use for this fall fertilization? Jump to: It survived fine this way last winter and grew back really nice this past spring, so I really didn’t have to baby it at all to keep it alive. Why would you fertilize a plant that is about to die from the coming cold months? If this is true, when do I fertilize? Now, that the plant is still green and alive, or do I wait for it to curl up and die after winter hits? It should be noted that I leave this container outside on my patio uncovered and exposed to the snow and elements all winter long. She also asked me if I had fertilized my strawberry plants last fall before winter set in. The lady there told me that strawberries grown in containers don’t typically produce a lot of fruit compared to those growing in the ground. I had stopped by a local nursery to pick their brains about the lack of yield I had this summer. I was very disappointed to say the least. Unfortunately, the plants only put out a handful of strawberries back in early June. This was the 2nd summer for these strawberries. Actually if they get rid of her then I will go back.I have a large container on my patio with strawberry plants in it. Then for the remaining of the cut I had to repeat a few times to not clean up the sides. She took the guard off the clippers and started to clean up his neck. I told her not to clean up the fine hair on his neck, she didnt listen to that either. She said you do uave a choice but the clippers will be better you will see. I finally told her well go ahead since I dont have a choice. She kept insisting that the clippers were better and even put down her fellow collegues by saying they are doing the cuts wrong by only using scissors and should be using clippers because the result is more even. I told her that we always do scissor cuts only and to cut as short as she can with the scissors. The woman cutting his hair kept insisting on using clippers after I told her numerous times that I wanted just scissors. I had taken my son to this location for 3 years until my last visit. No it is a joke and we will never be going back. A staff employee cleaned her station neatly folded the bib and walked in the back that woman was still standing after 10 minutes and we left once again with out a haircut. We loved coming here because of the experience and speed of witch they worked. A woman stood up because both of her child were at 0 minutes so she thought she was ready to go. With 10+ kids in the waiting room the staff would finish hair cuts and instead of taking the next child they would sweep their station for 5 minutes, pretend to do something on the computer and the disappear in the back. I thought let’s give it another try so I went in there today Saturday 9/14/19. My sons appointment was at 1:15 they went to lunch at 1:30.ĭo not go here and here is why: I came here on Wednesday 9/11/19 to find that they have a new sign in system, great way to keep the waiters in order, I signed in and there were 5 kids ahead of us and it said the wait time was around an hour, there were 3 employees cutting hair so I thought to myself there’s no way it will take that long, after sitting there for 40 minutes and observing the workers I realized that they were taking way longer doing hair cuts than I observed the previous 4 times I had been here, in addition when they were done with their previous client instead of taking the next child they would pretend to do stuff until their wait time on the next kid was at 0 min. I feel like everything was rushed just so the workers could go to lunch. The picture they took of my son is so dark you can barely make out his face let alone his haircut and and top of that the lady wrote the wrong name!!! My sons name is Waylon not Layten!!! I am soo irritated that it was not worth the hour long trip to specifically go to that establishment!! I do not plan on recommending to anyone. I said really did he not say it was his 1st haircut she said yes and I asked why she didnt clarify!? To which I received no response. The lady initiallly argued and said well he didnt say 1st haircut package. Due to my significant other not asking for the 1st haircut package I had to go back in after the appointment and request it. My significant other told the lady this was our sons haircut because I wanted the first haircut package. I am happy with my sons haircut, but unhappy with the customer service. My significant other and I went to the Snip-its in Chandler, Az.
